It operates in four reportable segments: design and assembly of IC burn-in boards and supply of PCBs; supply and refurbishment of IC assembly and test consumables; design, development, and assembly of ATE and factory automation; and trading of operating supplies, spare parts, and tools for IC assembly and testing.
